Dr. James Hermenegildo, MD, a Board Certified General Surgeon specializing in minimally invasive surgery, provides on site supervision ensuring clients achieve optimal outcomes. Individualized treatment plans and home care regimens are provided by a Physician or Registered Nurse and customized to each client’s complete skin health needs. Our Medical Aesthetics Nurse, Gina Hermenegildo RN MSN MBA, is committed to each client receiving exceptional care that will result in the achievement of desired goals.

Medical Spa Director
Dr. James Hermenegildo is a Board Certified General Surgeon specializing in advanced minimally invasive, scarless, and robotic surgery. He earned is medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School in 1996 and completed his surgical residency with the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. He is a proud member of the Massachusetts Medical Society and the American College of Surgeons and the Department Chair of Surgery for Charlton Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Hermenegildo specializes in non-invasive advanced cosmetic procedures including Botox® and dermal fillers. His expertise include advanced techniques for facial rejuvenation and facial contouring.
Gina Hermenegildo RN MSN MBA
Medical Aesthetics Registered Nurse
Gina is a registered nurse with specialty training in medical surgical and emergency medicine. She earned her Associates of Science in Nursing from Bristol Community College, Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Framingham State College, Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth, and her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. Gina holds certifications in basic life support (BLS), advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), oncology nursing (OCN), and hospital quality (CPHQ).
Gina incorporates her diverse nursing experience with her specialization in non-invasive cosmetic enhancing treatments including Botox, chemical peels, laser hair removal, facial/body contouring and age management.
